It is 70 degrees and sunny here, so we decided to get outside and enjoy it! Today Anabelle was home from school because her class will finally be moving to the new elementary school down the street tomorrow. They gave the children a day off so the teachers could prepare their classrooms (she's VERY excited!). So...I decided to take advantage of the day and visit a beautiful park downtown called Maymont. The girls had a blast "fishing" in the coi pond at the Japanese gardens, tromping through the bamboo forests, rolling down the hills near the Mediterranean gardens, and feeding the animals at the barns. I could have spent the whole day there, but they were pretty tired after walking all morning. I would have taken more pictures of the beautiful landscape, but those spots were usually near water and I wasn't completely confident in letting go of Sadie's hand!! Here are a few pictures of the girls!

Ugh! I'm so jealous. We're still waiting for the snow to melt here. We have below-average temperatures and we won't see a little warm-up until next week.
Looks like a great park! We managed to take Keira to see Clifford, the Big Red Dog at the Kohl Children's Museum. I'll be posting vids and pics of that today, hopefully.
Enjoy that weather!
