We went to Hatteras Island again this year and had a blast! We were all pretty bummed when it was time to go home. Thankfully, the weather cooperated despite the fact that we were sandwiched inbetween two Tropical Storms! Here's the house we stayed in and a fabulous view of the sound (one of our favorite spots on the island).

Here are the girls enjoying their boogie boards in the sound! Danny gave them boogie boarding lessons at the beach, but they seemed to enjoy them more when they could just float around :0).
Anabelle, Elise, and I climbed to the top of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. I was so impressed with the girls because they did it without stopping once! What great views at the top!
On our last night, we got crabs and the girls ate their own for the first time!
